My 5 month old pitbull got bumps on his back and has a little hair loss
problem as well. What could it be and what can I get to cure him?

There are literally hundreds of skin conditions ranging from hormonal disease to food or inhalant allergies (with hundreds of possibilities in between) that can be summed up by "little bumps and hair loss".

Can you give me a little more information?

Is your dog itching? How badly... madly or just once in a while?
How long has this been going on?
Has your dog been inoculated recently?
Did the condition seem to begin when plants began growing in the spring?
Have you changed your dog's diet recently?
Have you changed your detergent recently?
Have you looked for fleas?
Are these bumps spreading to other areas?

Please be as specific as possible, and I'll try to make some suggestions.
