Bald spots on my puppy

My puppy is a 7 month old peek-a-poo. She is up to date on all of her shots but I have recently discovered that she is balding on the back of her legs. What could this be from? Is this serious? I have tried to research it as much as possible but I can not find any useful information. Thanks in advance!

This could be any number of things from hypothyroidism to some sort of skin disorder caused by ringworm or mites, or practically a zillion things in-between. She needs to be seen by a veterinarian for a diagnosis to be made.
