Question
i believe my dos is about 56 dats pregant how will i know when labor has started shes been leaking clear fluid for over a week and also pees in my bed

Answer
A dog carries a litter for an average of 63 days.  The peeing could just be the puppies pushing on the bladder. When she starts trying to nest, circling & panting a lot, then she has started labor.  Of course by the time you reach that point, you need to already have a place setup for her to have puppies.  If you haven't, then that could be why she is in your bed.  They start the nesting process 2 weeks before they are due.  You need to put her in a place that is quiet and away from all the activity of the house.  A closet in a bedroom is a great spot.  Putting a puppy gate in front of the door way so you can see what is going on is also good.  If you can build her a whelping box (or buy one) it would be best for her puppies so she doesn't squish any.  Put a blanket that you don't want in there with her as she may destroy it, but at least she will have something to nest with.  Hope this helps,
