Weird behavior in my pomeranian

Question
HEllo again Sarah,
Thank you for your responce about my puppy's coughing. Hovewer, I am afraid that I left out a very important piece of information. The breeder who owned Bambi, also owned a Saint Bernard. She told us that one day when Bambi was eating, the Big dog, bit him on the neck. SHe said that the puppy would never be able to bark, but otherwise was fine. The dog can bark just fine, but is there any way, that he is making these weird choking sounds because he was bitten by the Saint Bernard? Also, he was doing this for a very long time, it started when he was about 5 months old, and he is now 8. It doens't seem to get any better, even though, he acts exactly the same, as he did 3 months ago.
Thank you ;)

Answer
Hi Natalya
It could be something to do with the bite, but this is unlikely.  In this case I think you will need to consult a vet to get to the bottom of the problem.  If he has been coughing for three months that would start to send up warning flags to me.  There may be nothing wrong but it would be better to get it checked out professionally.
