We have a biting chi-poo

Question
Our 3 year old chi-poo is bitting and we don't know why she is bitting. We do not provoke her at all and she does it randomly. We need to know what to do because she keeps biting even more frequently. We are very nice to her and we need to know what to do before she bites someone besides us. We really don't want to give here away or put her down=( We are very concerned and need to know what to do. Please help us.

Answer
Well when she goes to bite someone, spray her with a water bottle and say 'no' loud and firm-this is probably a dominance issue and she is trying to control the 'pack' so it is good to get on top of it,I don't believe she has to be put down at this point

Another thing that you will want to look into is to take her to training classes as that puts you in the lead, and a trainer can also see what problems you are having with her and correct them right away-this is a very common problem in smaller breeds and can usually be fixed with a trainer's help in a matter of weeks
