itchy face

about 3 weeks ago i bought a dog from our local dog pound. about 2 weeks ago i noticed that he is always rubbing his paw or anything around him. his eyes always look like hes tired and he sneezes a lot. is it allergies or something else?

Hey Andrea. Being that he's a pound puppy, it could be a number of things. It really sounds like it's allergies, but it could be something else. Being that you don't know his history, I would recommend a quick trip to the vet. They can prescribe something to help with the itching & sneezing. It's better just to be on the safe side.
