Rottie misbehaving

Question
I have a female rottie (Eva)that I adopted from my local humance society about 2 1/2 years ago.  We got her after I lost two rotties in one year to old age (Sebastian 14) and (Kado) cancer.  I was left with one rottie (Symba) and wanted him to have a companion since he had never been alone.  This past summer I lost Symba to hip cancer.  It was very hard on me and apparently Eva as well.  Ever since Symba's death, Eva has been acting out.  She has gotten on my kitchen counters several time and pulled food off and eaten the food, she has gotten into the trash can and pulled out items, and she has torn up stuff in the garage.  She never acted like this before Symba passed.  I know she is grieving as well but how do I get her to stop acting out?
I know this is a long question, but I felt you might need the history.  I look forward to hearing from you.

Answer
It might help to take her to a dog park, where she can still spend time with other dogs,as that might relieve the need for attention

Also putting hot sauce on food you know she will grab also works,as well as using a product called 'bitter apple' on stuff she is chewing up

Another thing would be to give her playtime, such as giving her a big walk and playing with her in the yard for an hour or so each day,so that she doesn't feel alone and/or bored
