Hicups

Question
I have a boxer puppy - 3 1/2 months old and 23 pounds.  He gets hicups a lot - is this a cause for concern?  I just had him to the vet a few weeks ago for his check-up and forgot to ask her about the hicups..

I apologize for the delay, my ISP went down for a few days.

It is not unusual for puppies that young to get hiccups. If he were to keep them for long periods of time, you might want to ask the vet about them. Puppies tend to eat very fast and this can cause hiccups. Just be aware of them and if they worsen, contact your vet!
