black lab and strange behavior

Recently, our lab Bonnie has been acting strange.  She's has been following me around the house.  When I get up to go to another room she picks a toy up and cry's till she finds me.  She sits staring at me with her ears back, and acting somewhat "guilty" of something.  She's not her usual black lab self.  What do you think might be going on with her.  She's starting to worry me!  She's three years old if you need to know and has never had a litter.

Any sudden uncharacteristic behavior change is likely to be medical. Please take her to the vet for a wellness exam. If she is intact, she may be having a false pregnancy or some other problem that is best addressed by a vet. I hope she feels better soon.
