Butt Dragging

Why do dogs drag their butts on the carpet?? I have a 10 year ol black lab and I caught her doing this for the first time today! What can I do and should I be concerned?

Your dog likely has to have his anal glands expressed, has worms or there is something bothering him that needs medical attention.   

Please make an appointment with your vet so he can determine what the exact cause is and eleviate your dog's discomfort.
