puppies with flies

Purchased a mini pincher Chihuahua he is only 7weeks and i see flies what should i do

Have you bathed him?
You don't want to use a harsh flea shampoo. Little ones absorb too much through their skin, and it can be fatal.
Use a good conditioning shampoo for puppies. Oatmeal based ones are good.
If you have bathed him, you might try lavender oil.
I have pots of lavender planted at each doorway, on the porches. Lavender is a natural repellant for many insects, so is rosemary. It helps keep flies from coming in when the doors are opened.
You could buy a lavender plant at a nursery, also some rosemary, boil some water and steep the crushed leaves, just like any other tea, and spray or wipe some of the tea over the puppy. Or, crush a few of the lavender leaves in your hands and rub over the puppy.
Or, you can buy a little bottle of lavender oil at a health food store.
You only want to put about 1 drop on your palm, rub them together, then rub over the puppy. just get a little scent of the lavender on him.
I would have him checked by a Veterinarian, if you haven't already, to make sure there is no mange or some other health problem.
