vacination, twice

we took Mom & her dog for an annual check up and the dog received all vaccinations and heart worm shot.
2 months later Mom took her dog again for vaccinations and earthworm shot.  Is the dog in danger of overdose?

Hello Diane, Sometimes a dog is lost and rescued by another person, the first thing they do is vaccinate.  Never knowing if the dog had been vaccinated possibly just days before.  So no there is no danger of overdose.  Actually the more Holistic vets believe that a dog does not need any vaccinations after the first year.  You might check into this and your mom would never have to worry again about vaccinations.  I would however keep up the bordatella and rabies yearly.  Thanks for asking, Cindy Lou :)
