knee pain

i have a 2 yr old teacup chihuahua 2.4 lbs. she was born w/dislocated knee caps. (per vet.) shes been in increasing pain the last few days. any sugestion on alleviating the pain...........(no $ 4 vet).....can you help ? thanx

Sorry to hear about this!
I would put her on a glucosomine med right away with chrondrotin and msn to lubricate the connective tissue pain, and then put her on some "Ibuprofin" for children.
This way you can get some of the swelling out of the joints.
This is going to be a sign of things to come.
I am sorry you will have to eventually make a decision when it is time to not let her suffer!
