Could you please suggest a product or skin care routine to help clear up pimples and blackheads on Chinese crested hairless dog?

Hi Kim-

We used noxema pads with great success on our show dogs. Also, use a good moisturizing lotion afterwords. I recommend cleaning twice a day. You can use an astringent, but I wouldn't recommend one if he already has very dry skin.  Cresteds are prone to skin problems, but they are not unmanageable. Remember sunscreen when in direct sun, and sweaters in the cold!
