Puppy Pee

Is it normal for a 10 week old lab puppy to go outside and pee and poop and then come back in and pee in say 5 or so minutes.......

Maybe not normal, but is happens sometimes.  Try walking around with it a little more before bring it back in.  I think sometimes they are too excited about being outside to finish emptying their bladder.  Sometimes details slip my mind, but my 8 week old has just reminded me of that.
