does a girl puppy have sex organs that protrude from there body? the dog in question has what looks like a penis with a slit in it. we were told it was a girl but today noticed this.  please help

What does the Veterinarian say?
It could protrude, I sup[pose. It depends on what kind of dog it is and if it is very chubby.
Ask your Veterinarian, they always can tell you.
The first thing after you get a puppy, it needs to be seen by a Veterinarian to start it's puppy shots anyway.
