I was given 2 mix rot pups that were abandon in a field, know one of them is sick! how do you tell if your dog has  worms, or worms in there feces? (it looks rice), and about how much will it cost for a vet to de-worm the dog or dogs, Sasha and Gunny have gone on me in 2 weeks!

Those "rice-like" things definitely can be a parasite, possibly "tape worms". It's possible for you to contract tape worms (and some other parasites) from a dog, be sure to wash your hands after handling the dogs. Both dogs should be examined by a doctor.

Each type of wormy parasite requires a different treatment or medication, and will display different symptoms, that's why this is best treated by a veterinarian.

Checking for parasites is a simple thing for your vet to do,  you'll need to bring a stool sample to the vet for a microscopic examination.

The cost of a visit to a veterinarian varies depending on where you live, so I can't tell you  how much it will cost. You can call a couple of local vets to see what they charge for an office visit.  Contact your local Humane association or animal shelter. Many times they know of reduced cost vet clinics in the area.
