Answer
Hi Shanelle;
Make a cage like place where the cat can get in and the dog can't.
when we brought my sister's cate here with my 4 dogs, it had never been around dogs before.
My dogs wanted to make friends, byut the cat would have none of it.
W have a small closet in the end of a wall in the laundry room.
My husband put a wire gate ( those shelves you buy that are white metal coated with plastic for closet shelves), over the door, hight enough the dogs could not get in( there was a shelf about 6 inches above the gate, so there was not room for them to sqweez in, but the cat could get out.
It is 2.5 ft. wide and 10 ft long, so she had plenty of room. You don;'t need that much.
The dogs could come to the gate and sniff, and she could sniff them, and her food and water and litter box was in there.
It only took about 3 days till she was staying out in the house, and even romping with the dogs. She only went into her "house" when she wanted food, drink or to potty.
Rig up something where the dog can't get to the cat, even if the dog is friendly, the cat needs to be sure it is safe, and where the cat can get out when it wants to, and they can sniff each other, and let nature take it's course.
