lhasa apso strange behaviour

on occasion my lhasa apso will roll in feces! Is this abnormal behaviour? Please advise and I appreciate any assistance you can kindly offer

Nope, not abnormal.  Dogs sometimes just like to find the smelliest thing they can and roll in it.  I know if you talk to a behavioralist that there is a reason for this, probably something to do with before dogs were domesticated and lived in the wild, but I don't know why they do it.
