is my puppy blind

how could you tell if your puppy is blind? my puppy is a   4 + week old jack Russell rat terrier mix and she responds to things but when U call her it seems as though she is using her other senses to find you like smell and sound... if you could tell me anything that would be great

Usually if a puppy is blind they will be walking into walls and bumping into things.  Put a toy in her view. Does she look at it or try to play with it?  There is special eye doctors just for dogs that could do all of the test required to let you know if she is blind. Sincerely, Angela
