how can i tell how old my dog is?

I found my dog it was abandoned, and i decided to take her in, but I would really like to know how old she is, how can i tell?

It is really hard to say.  The teeth, the whitening of the muzzle, general body shape, excess skin under the neck all give clues.  I think you should take her in to the vet.  Since you don't know if she has her shots including the legally required rabies, she will need them.  Have a heartworm test too.  The vet will make an estimate of her age.
