Yorkie-7lbs.-need help with special diet;

Hi Marie, Thanks in advance for your help.  I have a 7-year old, 7-pound
male yorkie.  5-years ago, he had two surgeries to remove bladder stones.  
Since then, his vet put him on Royal Canin Urinary S O dry dog food.  We do
not give him table food.  He also receives Cytra-3 Syrup drops twice daily.  He
has had no further incidents with bladder stones.  However, about 10-days
ago, he developed a problem with his pancreas.  Yesterday he had emergency
surgery and the surgeon found a very angry pancreas and what he described
as a swelling that had ruptured into his system.  He is currently on a feeding
tube for the next week.  My concern is that perhaps the Urinary S O diet
contributed to his pancreas condition.  I am now at a loss as to how and what
to feed him to keep him healthy and not contribute to either of these
conditions.  Please Help!!!

Oh Sally, poor little Yorkie!  Yes, contact me when he gets home and I will help you with a home-made diet.  The key is LOW fat for an angry Pancreas.........
