Maltipoo skin problem

After getting my 10 month old Maltese-poodle mix groomed We noticed how she has large brown patches on her back and now more around her eyes. Her skin is very flaky and she started itching and biting her back so now it is starting to get sore and bleed a little bit. I thought the brown spot was just natural discoloration when she was younger but now it seems to bother her a lot more. Is there a cream I can get for her or do I need to take her to the vet?

I would suggest the vets as it seems to be a skin allergy or problem i say this as my maltese have brown patches which is just natural sort of birth marks on the fur and causes no itchyness it could just be something as simple as changing shampoo or food etc.
your vet may do some tests to reveal this.
