Brown spot in maltese mouth...; growth in maltese oral area;

My little Parker is going to be 2 next month.  Over the past few weeks a small brownish spot has developed under his tongue.  Is this something I need to be concerned with?  He's eating fine and still chews on his nylabones -- so I'm not sure if he is in pain or not.  Please advise...

Hi Kelly, It is hard for me to say what the area in question could be.  Please call the vet and get an appointment.  Dogs can get growths in the oral area.  Please get it check out and let me know what they say?
