My Morky (Maltese / Yorkshier) is feeling down and has orange colour things in his eyes which is causing the fur around his eye turn to red and orange. What is wrong with him?

Is it tear staning, maltese tend to get redy brown staining from their tear ducts and if not properly cleaned can become infected ther are numerous reasons that could be causing this some believe excess yeast in their water or could be tear ducts which are functioning improperly.
However from what you say i cannot be certain on this but i would advise visiting your vet to clear up this issue.
