Poop Eating Maltese; zucchini and pineapple for poop eaters;

Question
My maltese, Molly, will be 5 months next week.  After seeing her eat her poop about 2 weeks ago (and being totally grossed out!), I came online and started investigating.  I read that giving her pineapple mixed in with her food would help and it has.  Thank goodness!  Can the pineapple harm her in any way?  I give her a tablespoon of canned crushed pineapple once a day.  How long can I keep doing this so she doesn't return to the poop-eating??

Hi Mary, Maltese eating poop!  Yes, Pinapple does work and it is safe as long as you have the NO added sugar kind.  (1-2 teaspoons per day)
