growth under chin

Question
I am taking our lab to the vet tomorrow. She has a odd, size of a nickle, raised lump under her chin. It has red dots where it looks like if you touch it it would be bleeding. It appears to have pits in it. I gently squeezed it to see if it was hard or soft and white stuff came out of one if the pits. This was noticed a month ago andfirat thought maybe a birthmark appeared like a strawberry, but now there are 2 connected and a 3rd coming. I am thinking it may be cancer.

To tell you the truth, it can be a zit or something else like an allergic reaction, but I think it would be best just to let your vet look at it. I hope that its not canser only something minor, I wish the both of you luck, and please tell me how it goes,
