about height of 8 months labrador

sir i am from india i have a black male labrador. he is 22 inches from shoulder and 35 kg in weight, how much height he can take to be an adult ?

That is hard to say.  Check the ends of the leg bones.  If they are still much knobbier than an adult's, the growth plates are still open and it is still growing.  If not, do not expect much more growth.
