1)Right now he is teething period so some small teeths falls occationaly, so how long the teething process goes?

2)He is biting everyone while playing, he bites hard sometimes that hurts a lot.Is it common in all puppy labradors? will he stop?

3)As he is growing rapidly, sometime times like a day in 2 weeks he get hyperactive and seems more destructive that time.Is this a hormonal imbalance?

4)Im about to start his obedience training by next month. will he copeup with it?

Thanks in advanced jen.Im really confused with his behaviours. Please help me!

Answer
Cute puppy....all your questions regarding his behavior are normal...labs are tough as puppies.  They are great family dogs when they grow up, IF people make it through this stage!  HA HA

1)Right now he is teething period so some small teeths falls occationaly, so how long the teething process goes?

Teething starts around 4 months and lasts until about 7 months.  It all depends on how quickly he goes through this process.  First the incisors fall out, then the molars, and finally the canines.  When you see the 4 canines replaced, he will be done with teething.

2)He is biting everyone while playing, he bites hard sometimes that hurts a lot.Is it common in all puppy labradors? will he stop?

Biting in play is VERY common.  It is typically a problem when the puppy is the only dog in the house because bite inhibition is easily learned when the dog plays with other dogs.  I had problems with our first lab, but none of the following ones as there was always another dog in the house.  There are many articles on the internet about "Teaching Puppy not to bite"...here is the link to one:  http://www.peninsulahumanesociety.org/resource/pdf/dog/Teaching%20Puppy%20Not%20...

You will be able to train the pup not to do it.  The article recommends making a "yelping" noise like a puppy would if it got bitten, I also try to redirect the pups attention to a toy that it's allowed to bite.

3)As he is growing rapidly, sometime times like a day in 2 weeks he get hyperactive and seems more destructive that time.Is this a hormonal imbalance?

Puppies can be VERY destructive and hyper.  Part of it is the teething, so keep chew toys around.  Bones are good for the puppy to chew on to release that energy.  Also playing with the pup helps.  A tired pup is usually not getting into mischief.  Also, if you can't supervise the dog 100%, it should be safely contained.  In the USA, we use crates and pens, but you can easily do this in a room that's safe for the pup to be in like the kitchen with the door blocked off with a gate.  It's also that the pup is READY for training!!!!

4)Im about to start his obedience training by next month. will he copeup with it?

He will love it.  As I mentioned above, the pup is ready for training.  Labs are SMART and if you don't provide stimulation (training, chew toys, playing) they will make their own fun which could be chewing shoes, books, plants...  If you know how to train a few things yourself, I would take the dog out for 5-10 minutes a few times a day and do a little training...teach sit or down... and then toss a toy around for 5 minutes and go in.  This will make learning fun and exciting.

And above all try not to be frustrated.  As a new lab owner, you aren't alone and these behaviors still happen to experienced lab owners as well.  When I kept a puppy boy out of my litter 2 years ago, who knew that he would be very destructive.  Our first lab to be really BAD.  But you learn to control it.  With him, he hates being away from me, so if I leave and take a different dog, he will destroy things, so he does have to be confined in a crate.  But he will willingly go in on command.

Good luck.
