labs in apartments

hello my lab is 14 weeks old and i'm worried about her crying all day while i'm at work if i run her before i go out to work would that help and maybe make her sleepy ? she gets lots of excercise already so i'm hoping a long walk in the morning will help

A good walk would help.  At that age, you shouldn't make them run.  Their joints aren't ready for too much stress.

I also hope you can give her a mid day break.  Can you have a neighbor or professional dog walker her a break?  When she is older, consider doggy day care.
