hi , i have a 13 month old choc lab who is as good as gold, have had her from 6weeks old.. me and my partner have now split up and im finding it hard with the walking,, how much walking do u recommend.. i work full time am i being selfish leaving her at home all day,, i do leave her toys and she can have full run of house and garden,, i just feel as though she is stressed when i come home.. also i have let her sleep on my bed since she was a puppy,, how could i break the habit for her to sleep in lounge..
she is very loving very sociable and everyone loves her , shes seems happy but im worried she on her on too much.. could u help me??

Perhaps the best solution would be to leave her at a doggy day care for the day.  She would have other dogs to play with and get plenty of exercise.  An alternative would be to have a professional dog walker come and give her a good walk every day.  Beside exercise, they need company.  

Making her sleep elsewhere could be as simple as leaving a bed for her elsewhere and closing your bedroom door.  However, being allowed to sleep in the bed is very important to a dog, and she may feel mistreated about it.
