Ear Flap issue

We an awesome 4 month old female black lab. About a month ago her left ear stopped folding down like the typical lab ear. It now has a crease in it and won't lay flat. Will she grow out of it, do we tape it down or ????????

While Shepherds and other erect ear breeds occasionally have ears that don't stand up, It is rare for a Lab's ear not to hang right.  Perhaps you should see a vet.

I have seen a few where the bottom tip sticks out, but that was from early on, and doesn't sound like your problem.
