Answer
Dog chows are hard to evaluate.  There is unlimited speculation about them based on the ingredients, but no studies showing dogs are healthier eating chows with ''better ingredients''.  The ingredients you list might please many, but the only thing I pay much attention to is the calcium level.  It shouldn't much over the 1% maximum you list.  Are you sure that is a maximum and not the more comm0on minimum listed?

Diet may be more critical for large breed puppies than any other type of dog.  Too much and too rich of a food including high calcium levels leads to fast growth at the expense of sturdy joints.  Nobody I trust is in a better position to evaluated feeding large breed puppies than the large service dog schools.  They feed common brands of puppy chow to 4 months and then switch to the same brand of adult chow.  They can document the success of that regimen.

If your puppy is less than 4 months and doing well on the Propett Wellness, You might stick to it to 4 months, switching to an adult chow with a chicken base and calcium below 1.5%.  Adult Propett may be fine or the Royal Canin.  To really be sure of a good diet, I would switch to one of the well proven common brands such as Pro Plan, Pedigree, Iams, Science Diet, or Eukanuba.
