Expected Height of female labrador puppy

I've just measured the height of my black female labrador and it turns out she's 18.75 inches tall.  She'll be approximately 7 months this october.

Can you at least give an estimate as to her final height upon maturity?

I would say 20-22 inches.  They vary.  Check the ends of the leg bones.  If they are still much knobbier than an adult's, the growth plates are still open and it is still growing.  If not, do not expect much more growth.
