i have one lebrador who is 30 days old i tried royal canin but his stomach got upset, and after tht he stopped eating royal canin so i switch to cerelac(5 times a day) and now he is fit and enjoying tht meal my qestion is when to start royal canin n wat best i can do for my young puppy to make him fit n how can i check that the breed is pure.he is not having water till now.

In the USA it is not common to take puppies away from their mothers before 49 days at least.  Your puppy is VERY young, almost too young to be on it's own.  It's most likely not eating because it's not completely weaned.  

I would make a gruel of the cerelac, thoroughly soaked royal canin and warm water.  You should have a shallow water dish available for the puppy at all times so that it can learn to drink water.  By the time the pup nears 49 days,  you can have it on moistened dog food and no more cereal.  

There is no way to know the dog is pure bred unless you got registered papers to prove it's parentage.
