My dog is pregnant?

hey just to add to the last follow up I sent you, we did get it to go into the basment and we will add a heater and stuff down there for her, and our basment down't get cold to much and witht he heater it should be good, but how do I get her to stay in that area until the time comes, or can she stay up stairs in my room until that moment and move her down to the basment or will there not be enough time?

OK so we breed my lab and now if she is pregnant she will have her puppies this week. We are having trouble seeing it because before we had another lab that had 11-15 puppies in her litters so she got huge, so we are wondering if it is a false pregnancy or if she is just have a small litter (what is average litter size for labs) We have noticed alot of sings such as large nipples, producing milk and swollen slightly under the butt. The only thing I am confused about is why she isn;t much bigger, we also thought the only reason she is a little bigger is because we were feeding her more. So can you help me please to let us now if she is pregnant, if you want to know anything else about the dog I will be happy to answer anything about her. please help

this is either a very small littter....2 to 3 pups or a false pregnancy thou she wolud Not be producing milk if she wasnt pregnant so I'd say its safe to say she is pregnant so perpare as you did before. Avrage litter for large dogs like labs is 6-9 puppies thou my own lab came from a litter of 12 puppies.

Hello, thats ok but be sure the basement is well lit and you go down alot with her once the puppies arrive or she again amy not want to stay down tehre, you still ened to get her used to the box now, you should haev time, once she starts rejecting food panting heavily take her to her box sit with her until puppies are born and then let her out to potty.
