barking...

hey again i hope you had a nice holiday...i have a couple more questions about our lab he's about 13 weeks old and he doesn't bark at all, all he does is whine...is this normal????and also i was wondering is ice cubes are ok for him either as a treat or just for him to play with him and eat, because he LOVE"S them so i was making sure if they are ok for him to eat...and if there is any tips you can give us about training him and things of that nature.That will be highly appreciated.

Hello, My holidays were ok I'm jsut happy there over lol, how were yours?

Puppies don't bark much with any breed I've ever had once they get older 6/7 months they will normaly start barking at this age....at passers going by the yard/stray cats/ dogs/birds/rodents passing the yard..... My lab was perfect never barked much til 6 months old and is a barker ever since :s lol. Icecubes are great they are espesialy nice in warm summer days....there fine to offer. My training experiance is mostly with house breaking/leash training if you need help with these subjects I'd gladly help. Best of luck with your new puppy.
