Hello, I have a 5 years old Labrador, and he is over weight. He has 2 small amount of food everyday (i packet about 390 G. Nauradiet in the morning, and 2 caps dry food in the evening Nutro) also he has regular exercisers every day at least 1.30 minutes in the park, but he looks very much over weight, he is about 38Kg. Could you please help me, do I feed him too much?
thank you very much in andance

Answer
Hello first note all canned products from nutro have been recalled and the gravy typed one are saying o ahve been the ones carrying the posion and have since been recalled I cant advise feeding canned or pouched nutro foods at the time. Secondly you havent said what type of nutro he's eatting...is it the max/ultra or natural choice, large breed adult lite or just large bnreed adult or just adult dog food. i reccomend changing to nutro natural choice or nutro maxes Lite large breed adult, feed according to the bag for how much to feed and dont offer and bisuts/bones/treats during his weight loss time. the hour and a half of exercsie is perfect just ned a litter kibble to help with his weight, also no table scraps during this time and be sure he doenst get into garbage cans as labs are natorius for trying. Best of luckw tih his plan, do email me back if you'd like more information.
