weird lab

hi i got my 2yr. golden lab a month ago she doesn't seem to be sleeping. she will come lie down with me at night and leaves a few minutes later. she pastes back and forth in the halls for long periods of time, while my other dog sleeps.can you help me figer out why she does this.

She may still be adjusting to her new home.  I am not sure dogs normally sleep through the night like we do.  Certainly they are much quicker to be disturbed by noise.  I wouldn't worry about it, giving her more time to adjust.  

She may sleep more in the day time to make up for it.
