Feeding times for 5 month old lab

Question
We are getting ready to start feeding our puppy twice a day instead of three times.  She gets up around 6am and is fed at 7am.  When is a good time to feed her her dinner?

Also, how much do labs sleep during the day on average.

I would give her her second meal after your dinner.  Making her wait until you eat is a good way of reminding her you are top dog.  

Without stimulating activity, many Labs will sleep half the day or more.  On the other hand, given something to do, they become Energizer Bunnies.
