Trying to get new puppy but will it work?

Question
Hi, I have a Female Black Labrador retreiver aged 2 years 3 1/2 months She Is Spayed, I also have a Male Jack Russell Terrier aged 1 year 6 months he Is Neutered. I Really want to get another Labrador retreiver or a Golden retreiver this summer but here's the problem....

I am starting work shortly and for 6 weeks will be doing ten hour days seven days a week(sadly my dogs Must remain crated during this time but they have large crates where they can curl up strech out or chew a bone in and will be walked before I leave in the morning and feed/let outdoors before I leave also. THis only lasts six weeks as mentioned above then I will be working on avrage 6/9 hours a day four/five days a week. I want to get the puppy very shortly after the six weeks of long work days is over but I am wondering if a puppy can be managed the same way as my other dogs during my away times(crated) the puppy will be 6/12 weeks of age no older and no younger an older puppy would causes fights I belive as my lab is a bit protective over my russell but with a little pup I think everything would go smoothly plus I've always bought puppies never anything older then 3 months... I like to raise them myself. Here is what my shedual would look like with the new puppy... I need you to tell me if it would work:

Around 7.00 am let all dogs outside, bring back in to give breakfest and take for walks one by one(walking my two together is impossible and I dont want to teach teh puppy to pull like my russell or bother my other lab as she walks by my side unless I have bothm dogs with me then she trys to pull like the little fellow.

8.00 walks are done, get myself ready for work and check my emails of course, be sure to let puppys all out again before going at 9.30

Dogs are then crated at 9.30 for 6/9 hours where they are left with a nyla bone or kong or in the case of them being there all day some food as well(I know puppy would be pottying in his crate because of amount of time left in there)

After I get home I would let them all out and back in for another possible meal if they will eat, pet them talk to them ect. and offer a chewy toy to keep them happy.....

Would this work? Nonoe will be home durint the day please let me nkow if this will work I really really want this other puppy, thanks.

Answer
I hate to see a young puppy left 6-9 hours in a crate.  It is not going to be able to hold it that long.  Forcing it to foul its crate could create housebreaking problems.  Even the older dogs would be better off with a mid day break.  Do you have a neighbor or a professional dog walker that could give the new puppy and the other dogs a break?
