MY YEAR OLD YELLOW LAB WONT LISTEN TO ME

Sometimes I call him and he runs, must of the time he completely ignores me.
I never had such stubborn dog in my life .
Any ideas .I don't like the situation

I would assume you have not had your lab go thru training. It's not late - but a little delayed for him to be trained.
