Skin Condition

I believe it was you that I asked about alergic reactions a lab puppy might have to V05 shampoo.
Well my next question is will that make his skin peal or would the mange do that? I have been giving him benadryl for allergies, and he seems to be growing his hair back, and under the pealing skin there is no rash or signs of one yet. Which one do you think is more likely the mange or an allergic reaction?

Both can make the skin peel but if it is not spreading then it is probably an allergic reaction. Since the hair is growing back and there is no additional signs of a rash and he is not losing any more hair then it is more likely an allergy. If he had mange giving benadryl would not stop the infection or hair loss and the mange would spread.
