ours is a three mnth old female labra.we havnt been able to toilet train her.the result is a stinking house and overworked me.as im workng she has to be left alone in a room for 5-6hrs n when i return i find her all soiled up in urine.she pees n sits on it.the room is also in a bad stink.i leave at 7am and return at 2pm.my husband leaves her open in the room and leaves for office at 10 am.we stay in a small appartment.please help

When you are home, you need to take the dog out to go potty every 2 hours, PLUS keep an eye on the dog for any signs it needs to go.  It also needs to go out half hour after eating and right after napping and playing. Three months is still young and unless you are teaching the dog what is appropriate, it cannot learn what it's supposed to do on its own.  They aren't BORN knowning what to do.  

In the USA, we use crates, which confine a dog to a small area and typically they do not want to potty in that area.  Although your dog may be hard to break of that because it's already used to sitting in it's own waste.  

You need to pretend the puppy is 8 weeks old and start from scratch.
