Question
QUESTION: we have a year old lab and a 5 year old terrier out lab just recently started attacking out terrier... i have no idea why or what to do.

ANSWER: This is what I told someone yesterday with the same question:

I am assuming these dogs lived together before with no trouble?

Has ANYTHING changed in the home?  From as simple as changing dog food to someone moving in or out of the house?  ANYTHING???

If nothing is different in the house, I would take the dog to the vet for a full work-up.  Sudden changes in behavior are usually medical.

QUESTION: actually yea my grandma jst moved in...but they were fine with her up untill after two weeksif her living here

Answer
2 weeks is not a long time.  It probably took a few weeks for the dogs to notice that it wasn't just a "visit" and the house dynamics have changed. I would take some extra time with each dog individually and then together, and work on their obedience training.  They need to be reminded that whoever the main caregiver is, that they are still in charge.  It's possible that the dogs are getting less attention because grandma needs it, so they did one bad thing, didn't get corrected and now are trying lots of other stuff.  Make sure the dogs' routines are NO DIFFERENT since grandma moved in.
