Answer
Most of my females weigh about that much or a tad bit more. How big is she at the shoulders? This could be her ideal weight depending on how tall she is. One of my biggest females (I breed within show standered size) is  20.5 kg and she is 4 years old. This breed is supposed to be fit and trim with no excess fat on them. Very athletic in build. I am sure your dogs breeder can aswer some questions that you have about your girl, they could also meet you in person and tell you things that worked for your girls parents. But in my exsperiance a husky will not starve itself or hurt itself in any way. The best way to increase the amount of food a husky eats is to increase its excesize. Siberians are calorie counters naturally and won't eat more then they need in most cases.

I will say your doning a great job feeding her since dogs that are gobblers are, in most cases, lacking nutrients ect that the body needs.

Here is something to help you determine if she is underweight.
