Question -
I was recently given a great Dane from a guy who said he kept him in the house, the great Dane was doing fine inside our house, but since we just recently bought it there were no curtains on the windows. Yestursday I hung up very sheer curtains on this big window in the living room. Well now this great dane acts crazy, frigtened, will not come in the living room, is very jumpy. My husband says he sees a ghost! I am just wondering what about the curtains is weird? He was in a house before, surely they had curtains on the windows!
Thanks Catherine

Answer -
Try taking the curtains down and see what effect that has.  Let me know.

Answer
I was so sorry to hear that, perhaps he had something organically wrong like a brain tumour.  Perhaps that is why the original owner got rid of him.

Don't let it put you off owning another dane, most of them are healthy and fit because that is what we are breeding to produce.

If I can be of help in the future let me know.
