what to feed him

i got chewy from the humaine society he is 4 and i dont know what to feed him he is very picky and he likes to hide under my bed this is my first dog i dont know what to do about what to feed him and why deos he act so stubborn all the time.

Chances are he has been mistreated and is scared.  It takes
a long time to gain the trust of a dog like this.  I also do rescue and these dogs are so frighten of being abused
they hide.

Offer him some treats and pet him when he comes to you.

Feed quality food like Eukanuba Premium Performance and
you will find others of good quality at the pet shop.  Try
to keep the protein level at around 30% for the toy breeds.
