skin irritation on my dog

I have a pomeranian who is constantly scratching his ears and behind his front legs  he has a red spot over his eye that he scratches also   is there anyhting I can give him for this?  he has some hair loss from the scratching  especially around his ears.

It sounds like your dog may have parasites but it could also be allergies.  You should take him into the vet to be sure and to get something to help relieve his misery. :o)
