Hello. I'm interested in looking up information about cat breeds. I'd like to know:
I found a website that says Birmans are found in Jamaica, and cats are imported there from Britian and Ireland. What other cat breeds are found inor originated in Jamaica? Are Abyssianians found there? Are Ragdolls and Ragamuffins found there also? Is it true that there are some cats there that are hybrids of domestic cats and wildcats?
Is it true that Bobtails are found all over Asia?
What cat breeds are found in China and Korea?
Are there any bobtails in China that have the markings of a Chinese Harlequin?
Are there any arctic cat breeds?
What breeds are found in or originated in Ireland?

 i might not no all of these answers but i will try hard to answer that ones that i do know..

Well Birman cats are found in jamaica. But there are not very many cats from that country. Thee are different varieties of coloured Birmans. These are the colours that are found in  Seal, Lilac, Blue and choclate.

Abyssianians are not found in Jamaica.

Ragdolls are notfound in jamaica. They are found in North America.

Bobtails are not found in asia.

I dont know what breed of cats are in irland. But i thought i would give you the cats that are in england. I thought i would give you these because irland ispart of england. So here they are

Im sorry these where the only questions i can asnwer. I hope i was able to help.

If you need any more help about any sort of cat. I am able to tell you about any cat breed, but i am not very good on telling you which country they are in. The only countrys i know are North America, United Kingdom, Europe and the U.S.S.R AND Middle east and africa and Asia. There the only countrys i know about cat breeds. But i can asnwer any question about any breed.

Hello. Thank you for your answer. I recall you said to let you know if I needed help. You've made the statement that "abyssinains aren't found in Jamaica." I've found a website that says that many cats are imported to Jamaica from England and other parts of the UK. How do you know Britain doesn't import them there?I tried finding out Jamaican catteries-but I haven't found anything. Who should I contact to find out what cat breeds are found in Jamaica, Haiti and the West Indies? I also want to know if Somalies are found in these countries, also. Should I conact an Abyssianian Breed organization, and a Somali cat breed organization, or a Britsh Cat organization/cattery? Please let me know. Thank you.

 I know that england doesnt report them there because i have read alot of books telling me about them. I didnt know about it till i had read it.

To find out all different corts of cats and everything. That the best thing for you to do is to contact all sorts Cat organizations. Liek for example the RSPCA. They are able to tell you alot about any sort of animals. They can tell you your breeding, where they come from and everything.

You can also try by looking in the Yellow Pages. They tell you all sorts of cat organizations and can give you alot of information.
